SELF CARE
Self care reduces the negative effects of stress:
A small amount of stress can serve a purpose, but after a while, it just breaks down your mind and body.
Taking care of yourself means keeping your stress from taking over so you can function at full capacity.
It is important to make sure to take care of yourself and not burn out at this difficult time in the Quarter.
Examples of Self Care:
Go for a walk
Eat your favorite snack/food
Go get a massage
Talk to a friend
Watch Netflix
Read a book
Play with your pet
Go for a hike
Etc, whatever you enjoy!
